Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are 3D printed, packed, and shipped with care from our small studio in New Jersey, USA.

Processing Times

Because each piece is 3D printed and finished with care, processing times are:

  • In-stock items: usually ship within 2–4 business days
  • Made-to-order or custom items: usually ship within 3–5 business days

If we expect any delay (large orders, holidays, or print issues), we’ll email you with an update.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar, depending on the size and weight of your order. Available options and prices will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping speed

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
  • If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it.

International Shipping

At this time, KV3D Designs ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

3D Printed Product Notes

All of our items are 3D printed, which means:

  • Small surface lines or minor variations are normal and part of the printing process
  • Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and screen settings

We inspect each piece before it leaves the studio to make sure it meets our quality standards.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not able to replace or refund it if it is lost or stolen.

If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or it appears stuck in transit for 7+ days, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number, then reach out to us if you still need help. We’ll do our best to support you.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping costs may apply.
