Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your 3D printed piece. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within:

7 days of delivery

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if it was damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Custom orders (personalized colors, names, special designs)
  • Items with custom text or personalization
  • Deeply discounted clearance or final sale items
  • Digital files (if applicable in the future)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  2. Email us at hello@kv3ddesigns.com with your photos and order number.
  3. We’ll review and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back to us.

Exchanges

When possible, we’re happy to offer a replacement of the same item if there is an issue with your order.

Because our pieces are 3D printed and made to order, we typically cannot offer exchanges for simple change of mind on color or style once the item has been printed. However, you are always welcome to contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

Color & Print Variations

Each piece is 3D printed and may have:

  • Slight variations in color or pattern
  • Visible layer lines
  • Minor differences from listing photos

These details are normal and part of the 3D printing process, and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order:

  • Within 12 hours of placing it: we’ll do our best to cancel before printing begins.
  • After printing has started: the order may not be eligible for cancellation, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
